Vision:

Staff Association strives to provide friendly environment & promotes social interaction among the Management and all the staff members.

Mission:

• To facilitate positive interaction between the Management and staffs of various departments of the Institute.
• To carry out talks on various topics for the benefit of staffs.
• To conduct an annual cultural event for the staff members and their family members.

 

Objectives:

To establish and carry on jointly with individuals or institutions, or its own volition, educational, physical, social, recreational, or other activities, for the benefit of the member.

Functions

• It strives to maintain a healthy relationship between the Management and Faculty besides fostering co-operation and good will among staff members.
• All the faculties of the college are members of the staff association with Principal as the president.
• Every academic year two staff secretaries are selected from the teaching staff.
• Meetings of the association serve as a platform for discussing various academic and non- academic issues pertaining to the smooth functioning of the college.
• Promoting social interaction among all the staff members (teaching, non-teaching, administrative and library staff).
• To facilitate positive interaction between the staff of various departments of the college.
•  To carry out talks on various topics for the benefit of staffs.
• To conduct an annual cultural event for the staff members and their families.
• Celebrating festivals, conducting family tour and get together, participating in family events; health care programs etc are some of the activities of the staff club.
• Staff club can also publish newsletter for circulation among the member.
